Champagne Jokers

I purchased these shoes about a month and a half ago, and on the very first wear, the pull tab ripped. Then, by the sixth time I wore them, the same issue happened with the other shoe. Besides that, they’ve been great basketball shoes, and I’ve been performing really well in them.

However, shoes shouldn’t be tearing apart after only a few wears. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed, and I’d love to request a replacement pair of my choice.
