Love the shoes! Comfortable and great quality! A couple of huge issues though! They take too long to get to me and you can’t get USPS tracking numbers when they switch couriers. I have asked and it’s hard to get info. Also your rewards program and coupon codes are the worst. I have purchased 11 pairs and have 2 more that will be here this coming week. Well over $1000. I have $90 in rewards and have tried to use it only to be told I have a minimum to reach and it’s good for only certain models!! I earned these spending my money on your products. I should be able to purchase what I like to use my rewards with. Also I received a $25 off code that says it was good for 2 uses. I was told I could buy 2 pair to meet the minimum, which I did. Still spent $258 but that’s fine. I went to purchase another 2 pair to send to my son. Same shoes, $258. It wouldn’t let me use the $25 off code for the second time. Even though it said it was good for 2 uses by Charon. I have the screenshot with all the rules of the usage. This is uncalled for and terrible. Here I am already spent over $1000. Wanting to spend another $250 and have to deal with this. I have asked that it be straightened out but haven’t heard back in over 2 days. Even though I continuously get sales pitches. When I get authorization to use my $25 and also to buy what I like with my rewards I’ve earned I will be spending a whole lot more. I don’t want you to lose out on all this but I’m not buying another pair until this is taken care of.
