For international delivery (all other countries): Orders must be $100 USD or more. For delivery to Japan: Orders must be 14,900円 or more.

For international orders, standard shipping (including qualified free shipping) takes 7–21 days. Expedited shipping is also available and reduces delivery time to 3–7 days.Please note that all orders require 1–2 business days to process before shipping. During high-demand periods, additional delays may occur

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or a warranty.Please contact us at support@361sport.com previously if you want to return an item. Please do not send it back without contacting us.

Roll down to the bottom part of 361sport homepage at 361sport.com Click “Order tracking” in the “361°” category. Enter your order number and email address, or tracking number, and click “Track”. The location and status of your package will be displayed on the new page.Log into your account. Click into the order you want to track in “Order History” category. Click on its tracking number to get the latest information about your package.You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
